I see that Dish iis making the Cx hold for at least one hour to disconnect. Dish's ploy is to make the CX jump from one csr too another before they can talk to the right person.
When after they have been put on hold for at least A hour the csr will offer the CX A month free service too keep them from canceling.
Dish may even put them as A new CX too get them back under A new contract. Which show on their new CX board whis is another ploy to prop up thier number's.
