My $.02, If you are getting a humbar check the grounding at the house. It could also be a neighbors drop backfeeding. another possability is a lost nutral from the power company ( Are you burning up fittings at the GB or tap?) The breaker idea from noise sup is another great idea. One last question is there one or two humbars? 60 or 120 cycle?
