Voice over IP in a 16 QAM system

My system is going to launch VOIP before the end of the year. We are currently running full 16 QAM on all of our UBR cards. Has anyone out there launched a similar set up. And if so, did you encounter any other issues beside what normally will come into play with standard HSD service? We currently run return between 21.5mHz and 23.5mHz for the cable modems. I have heard that the VOIP modems will return at around 30 mHz. Any input is appreciated.
