From what I have picked up on this job it started as 18 cities in and around Salt Lake Metro. 8 Cities bonded I guess and 2 more pending with others having a wait and see attitude..... Not all this is totally acurate by the way..... The job was supposed to kick off june 1. But the funding has not hit the table yet along with some design flaws ( I think, this might be a cover up for no money). Tetra Tech.... how ever this is spelled I don't know, is the Prime for the job from design to construction. DEA is going to build the aerial at a rate of around 500 miles a year (not much) and No subs will be used I last heard... And there will be somewhere around 500 miles of UG per year for three years, mostly being bore.... All this has been peiced together over the last 8 months so don't take this for gospel but I think this is pretty accurate.... Good Luck
