Site Buildout Coordinator – Kirkland, WA

This position is responsible for the coordinated delivery of all material and services to each site project in each market.

Key job responsibilities include:

* Coordinate scheduling of site hardware with site acquisition teams
* Insure timely delivery of Clearwire material to the contractor
* Working from the Bill of materials, insure complete shipments of material
* Work with LECs and CLECs to insure proper delivery of POTS and DS1 services
* Work with electrical contractors to insure timely delivery of electrical power

Qualifications for this role:

* 3+ years experience working in a similar role purchasing and delivery of Telco services
* Professionally interact with LECs, CLECs and other service providers.
* Strong computer oriented and ability to manage multiple priorities in a timely manner
* Experience working with utility/power companies, establishing service at our sites
* Must be flexible, with the ability to work through stressful time sensitive situations
* Microsoft project experience would be an advantage

Site Test and Turn Up Engineer– Kirkland, WA

In this role, you will install, test and turn up sites while training local techs to take over the function in each market.

Key job responsibilities include:

* Install wireless base station equipment in a variety of locals and conditions
* Install DC powering of base stations
* Verify proper, safe operation and instruct others to do the same
* Constantly evaluate the hardware
* Create a bill of materials detailing the hardware each site requires
* Update the install documentation to insure an accurate procedure exists at all times
* Be flexible and respond to requests that are not described above (as investigating Interference issues)
* Commission and configure each site

Qualifications for this role:

* Candidate must be able to safely install computer, and wireless base station hardware
* Must have had professional DC power training
* Must be familiar with all types of communications equipment including but not limited to: spectrum analyzers, site master’s, web camera, truck mounted towers, down converters, TV receivers, LNA’s
* Must be very familiar with POTS and DS1 service arrangements
* The ability to use GPS equipment to document locations
* Must be able to test and turn up a T1 using T-bird like equipment
* The skills necessary to use a computer to up load image files
* Using a PC to collect data during the drive test
* The ability to be an effective trainer is a requirement
* A valid driver’s license is required
* Previous experience with NextNet equipment would be a plus
* Flexibility for heavy national travel, average of 85% required

Site Acquisition Engineer– Kirkland, WA

Manages all site Acquisition contractor efforts. To include the evaluation and hiring of local trades, site evaluations and resolving local permitting issues.

Key job responsibilities include:

* Conduct site searches, site walks, create sketches and formulate site plans
* Meet with site owners/managers, engineering teams, building and electrical contractors
* Review A&E drawings for accuracy
* Create RFQs, evaluate bids and insure all local permitting processes are addressed
* Coordinate delivery of Clearwire equipment to the contractors
* Constantly plan ahead to insure continual deployments are in process
* Thoroughly document all facets of a project
* Insure the legal aspects (contractor insurance and licensing) are addressed

Qualifications for this role:

* Minimum of 5 years related experience
* Excellent communication and problem solving skills
* Candidate must be flexible as to working hours and locations
* Skilled in the operation of computer, GPS and digital camera
* Must have a valid driver’s license. Flexibility for heavy national travel, average of 75% required
