Well, GFC stands for "General Fiber Communications".
And actually I am not currently not working for a cable company.
What happened was, I supposed to had started work for GFC. I spent the money and time to get A+ Certified, but then this freeze took affect.
But in the mean time. In less than two weeks I will be taking my Network+ exam.
By the way, you said that there are other cable companies hiring in the NYC area. If you don't mind, can you please give me a private message on some companies in the NYC area, which are hiring. Thanks!
