no...dont think so...maybe try to intimidate you??? intimidate back...sue for money owed you...dude, you are one of the creditors...what???they going to take your money only to pay it back??? frivolous lawsuit...think the electric company is going to give any money back??? you know power was paid for...and i am not a lawyer either...i just play one on tv...good luck to you...talk to a second lawyer...
