I know that Nashville is fully up-graded so the splicing work would be plant extensions/new build and plant maintenance.
I am pretty sure World bridge (no contact info) holds a contract for this type of work and I heard they have a fairly large contract in the Southeast for a rebuild contract.
Sorry can help with any info on sweep work, it seems that with the shorter casades after system up-grades the work has gone in-house.
