Good Luck! I spoke with the bankruptcy attorney a few weeks back-as I do every 2-3 months. this time I was told to "close my file". If there is ever anything available it will be pennies on the dollar. By any chance did you file a lien against them to recover funds? I did not, but am in the process of filing against another company that just bankrupted on me. I was advised to file a lien-contractors are generally considered unsecured debtors so we are at the bottom of the list as far as who gets paid. Ever hear anything about whether or not filing a lien helps? Scott
