I have worked out of Evergreen, Versalift, Telsta, Altec prefere joy stick or foot controls over buttons or toggle switchs, hyduralic over electric. The Guys are right depends on what you are going to use it for. From what you wrote you want to think about your everyday needs as well as your worst case. With the amount you have to spend you should be able to pick up on a smaller general use truck for your everyday tasks and a T-40 or its equivaalent for construction and your heavyer maitance needs. Even if the Big truck doesn't get used as often, you will thank yourself when the time comes. Don't be in a hurry there are good deals out there, be patient. Good Luck
