Dish is the one not paying for the wall drop's.
They tell the CX everything is covered you do not charge them anything.
Or you can take less on the job and charge the Cx.
It has been fouund if you take the Cx get's it all contract you will do more job's as they do not Cancel.
Directv does not tell the CX you get it all anything extra (WallFish) cost's extra. I charge 75 dish pay's 45 I hear?

What's covered in the basic install?
A Professional Basic Installation includes:

Attachment of your satellite dish to an exterior wall with the necessary hardware.
Up to 125 ft. of RG6 coax cable.

The necessary hardware to mount and ground your satellite antenna.

Routing of all cables to one TV, either through an outside wall (frame, one layer of masonry) or from your basement. Wall plates and sealant of outside holes are required.

Connection to an existing phone jack within 25ft. of TV. (Connection of phone line is required for DIRECTV System activation.)

TV and VCR connection, if located together, and activation of DIRECTV programming.Training on how to use the DIRECTV System, including how to program your remote.

A dual basic install is the same, except that two TV's are hooked up. (usa)
