Thanks for the replies from all of you that have taken the time to read my letter.
A walk out would simply benefit, in my minds eye-the overly greedy businessmen/women that can have the peer pressure to state that " well we will do this" just to gain alliance against others who will not. I think the "just say 'NO'" strategy says more.
Yes, we should fish sometime, much needed-I know. Thanks for the person who who pointed this out.
The problem still relies on the attachment that some people still have to 'bend over-way over' for the industry. Once the policy is accepted-it becomes a standard-whether it be secretly swept under our feet or be blatenly obvoius. Then the rest of the left-over companies are stuck with another abstract idealism.
I will accept any contract I get-but will NOT do wallfische or otherwise for no charge. In turn-I will not do any installation where upon the customer is quoted the "freebie or 'AKA' outlet on the moon" scenario. This was only made for an attempt for the point of vies of the SALES end and sales ONLY. NOT for the integrity of quality 'of' and for performance. They are trying to corner the market on cable, Right? Put 2+2 together and the stats are still the same.
I appreciate the comments and the reasoning for what I have previously written and been replied to.
All of you who have taken the time to write back are obvoius professionals. You statements hopefully will be noticed by coorporate structures. Rocking 'the boat' sometime is not always a bad thing.
Thanks, regards again
