According to the people I know in Comcast, Russ {who was a VP} left the fold back when it became ATT Boredbrand. Started a software venture handling some facet of cable modem tracking. Nowadays Russ has hooked up with Dennis Nolan {booted from Wt Mtn when Dycomm bought out Argus} and they have Mike Fitzpatrick out tryign to get plant extension & maintenance construction from the local managers. Sorry I do not have any contact info.
You don't always get what you expect, but you know what you got when you inspect. Happiness comes from within, some poor souls are just without.
