I too am owed money from Sparks but I am happy to see it come a little at a time. At least I am getting my money slowly. I have heard of quite a few companies who are hiding under a rock since the fall of Prime. The people who worked for these companies will most likely NEVER get paid. I have never had a problem getting paid from Sparks and if they get busy again, I will gladly take on work from them again. Don't get me wrong, I don't think ANY installation company should ever owe anybody money. All of my installers have been paid up to date since before Prime went down and I don't owe any installers money now either. That's the responsibility I took on when I hired sub-contractors. If I couldn't afford to pay my guys on time because I missed a paycheck than I wouldn't have hired anyone. Unfortunately, not all companies share in my beliefs. Everybody gets in over their heads nowadays.
