all the jobs i have had in my lifetime, i would always say, "why dont they do more for us, we are the ones that keep their business going", so we told ourselves if we ever had people working for us we would treat them like family. good friends come and go but family always has your back. we may not be blood, but we sure are thick........... incentive is the best medicine....
