i never said he didn't have experience, he was trained well by an old school dawg, and now he has 5 guys under him. they work really hard and do anything that anyone gives them. they have a great reputation and get the work done with no gigs. and i am sure that they do get paid alot more than someone with 10 yrs, but they love what they are doing, and have fun doing it. i take them all BBQ, home cooked meals every other day and that is their motivation to keep working. some of them have families in other states so we like them to feel at home. some dont have any family, but our cable family.
keep your employees happy and you never hear a complaint.....
