FOS seems to have just enough work to keep thier current guys busy... and barely at that.
I talk frequently with a splicer that works there. FOS doesn't seem to have a big presence here... only a couple trucks and a very small wherehouse.
I live in QC and believe me, if I could get on this project I would. Hell, they built right outside my front door... and I couldn't get anything to do with it...
