AM Communications, Inc. Now Chapter 7

AM Communications (Michael Johnson) had filed for Chapter 11 in the US Bankruptcy Court in Delaware as has been reported on the cable bar in the past. That Chapter 11 (debtor in posession) filing is now converted to Chapter 7 (liquidation of the corporation). Those of you who filed a claim under the Chapter 11 filing must refile for the Chapter 7 conversion. We probably will not get anything but his legal bill goes up with every piece of paper we send in. He is busy now running AMTECH and looking for subs to do the work for a future Chapter 11.
