I agree with Inyoface. The manager was green in the beginning but I think ended up a great manager. He and the old fart supervisor started weeding out the bad techs slowly. Probably way to slow in some cases. This may have been in your case. The management may have acted to slowly. However, in other cases they were right on. Most of the techs left here at the end I think are the cream of the crop that I have worked with in the last two years. The manager went to bat for everyone that he managed, and that probably included you. Whatever the circumstances were for your release, I know, was for the best of 180 Connect overall. Yes, the old fart acted like a step-dad sometimes, but, what the hell. So, in ending the saga of Melbourne 180 Connect, It was fun, it was challenging and above all the Management was great and I would work for them again if the chance came along. And for all the ones let go. GET A LIFE!!!!!
