Think about this! The client holds all the cards, their game, field, ball, and rules. You play their game or you go home. Managment on the local level had to play the game and make everyone happy - client, customer, tech, and the corporate office. The OPS manager has to take all this to the table every week so he choses his battles with the client. Can't shoot from the hip.
