Pulling cable of any kind or any length requires a material handler. Telsta T40, Pico 36 or Altec. Anything smaller for pulling cable will leave you exposed to injury or damage claims in case of an accident. Ford 550 Diesel, International 4700 or larger for a chassis will do.
I know a lot of people use the smaller rigs. OSHA and smart lawyers could make them regret not using the larger units.
Don't learn the hard way. Spend a little more money and cover your ass.
