They will pay you when you first start, but as the job goes on, the excuses start coming. You may want to refer to previous posts by Dustman and Bigfeet on 4-6-04. They still owe my company 47K from work done in Reno ending in June of 2003. Even the collection company we hired advised us to discontinue pursuing them as they already had other claims filed against them including a perfected security interest in their accounts receivable and a small unpaid state tax warrant against them. And..forget about ever seeing your retainage. Bad Monkey's!!!!!! Stay away unless you like working for nothing.
