Maybe because they haven't been in the biz for 15 years they never saw the "good " prices!! That doesn't mean that they are cheating anyone....it means that they are able to survive within there means. Or Not !
I have been doing cable for 12 years ... Its tuff, there is no doubt, but I don't blame anyone for the lack of work I have ( actually I am doing fairly well this year) nor do I blame the prices on anyone but the MSO's.
I do sympathize with every one for the tuff times, but there are still good jobs out there and the hacks are just making our jobs more secure though it may seem like they are taking work from us it will all come around and bite them in the ass one of these days.
Keep your chins up and move on to the next pole!!
