If they don’t have a lawyer in NC yet, have them call Jody at (910) 693-0055. We’ve negotiated him to 15% based on the size of total and we’ve passed that total. Jody is also working on a class action suit for the rebates contending fraud and if that succeeds, bankruptcy won’t protect the owner’s private assets!
