I am using an attorney in NC and he is already familiar with the situation and he knows Prime’s attorney. He’s willing to handle our cases for 25% of whatever he collects plus filing fees UNLESS we can get over $100,000.00 by doing it together. He would then go to 15%, THAT’S CHEAP! I’m suing for $9,500 so we need $90,500 more. If we don’t make it to $100,000 he will still give us some discount.
