I'm from oklahoma, and I drove threw MO the other day and saw miles and miles of 400mhz in the fort leonardwood area. I would like to participate in this upgrade or any near by. I am a coax splicer by trade, but can do anything, and can recruit as necessary. please keep me informed of any upgrades in the area, and I will offer my very professional services.
