You can figure anywhere between 18K to 26K new, depends on set up, generator, windows, doors, heating & AC, access panels. I think you get the picture. The more bells and whistles, more cost. Also, a trailers length always includes the tongue of a trailer, so when you say a six footer, you probably are not taking that into account. Hope this helps!
