No, no one can help. The gas lines I've seen were marked with do not dig tape burried one foot above the pipe. Also, the conduit was yellow. In your case or anyone's case, sht flows down hill. Look for another job. In the future, be sure whats up before you start any job. And, don't cut plastic conduit with a tourch.
