Here in Montreal, Quebec, Canada the Quebec Hydro has been looking at this technology for year and have dropped any further study on this technology. I know this from a Ph. D. friend of mine that workred on this for the EREQ, their rechearch dept. It seems at the moment this technology is not secured enough.
