Thanks to everybody for your input. I know this is a great buisness to be in, and I hope to be here for a long time to come. I guess I just came in at a bad time. Thats o.k. I really didn't have anywhere else I'd rather be anyway. You really are a good bunch of people and that says something about this industry. Don't be to hard on the new guys, some of us really do want to learn and do a good job. For some of you "old school dawgs", the best thing you can do for this industry is teach us "new dawgs" the ropes. Then when you've done you're job right, so can we, and give you ALL THE CREDIT!!!!!
