This was on WGN. Looked like they were overtrashing some fiber across the DesPlaines river when a roller hung up. So the lineman walked the bell strand out and slipped. He hung there for about 45 minutes before a fire rescue ladder truck got him. He was fine needed a smoke real bad. The news was making a big thing out of this.
Not sure if this is all correct just what I saw on WGN
