Please, at least attempt to read the thing before making feckless comments about it. Installation is free. Customers gets $40 credit if doing the install themselves. Nowhere does it say what the installer is paid. It's not a scam. It's an interesting alternative to cable & satellite but currently only available in a single region (Salt Lake City, Utah).
