yeah..with a bucket truck and the quality srtringing staff you can string 10k of fiber per team. I have re cently installed an aerial fiber on average of 5k/day with a mediocre bucket truck and average support staff. The road on which the fiber had to be installed was quite rushy with trees all around (An urban locality basically) and the main consideration is that the fiber was installed above active power lines with no power disruption at all.
