Same here. We have worked in our area for about 15 years. The locals would like to keep us around, but evidently we are not qualified to do the work that we have been doing for the past 15 years. I agree that everything seems to be going to the larger contractors. I just hate having to let my guys go. It is tough to tell a man that he is doing a good job, but because someone thinks they are saving money he has to be let go. Hopefully something will work out.
