we received the same letter, only we knew about it last year when the construction piece was being done.
The good news is that the first round apps mean that you are to continue to do work with charter. the only companies that received a letter now are the ones that were hand-picked by the local people. that means watch what you say if you are in a system with multiple contractors, they may not be invited.
