Was this the same Jim Higgins that worked on the Macon Ga project (BE&K) back in 86? Good man, I remember he was on a stick, they were doing W/O, well he was pounding out the hard ware well his pole hammer ricocheted off the hard ware and caught him right between the eyes! split his head wide open but that tough SOB climbed down and kept on truckin, I'll miss him.
