I would caution you on factoring unless it is absolutely a must. I would suggest you go to family or friends first and offer them your money. Usually they will lean your receivables then they like to ruin your relationship with your customer because they bug the hell out of them. Next you will be asking the customer why am I not getting paid and of course the check is in the mail. But then the factoring company says no money here and we don't trust the company will pay. And you are back to square one with no money and now a lean on your A/R. I think you should think twice. I have talked to unnamed people responding on this site and they are a waste of time and effort. Only at a last resort would I do this. !!!!!!!!!!!!!! Buyer Beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!
