tnx for the help, id agree with you, ive never ran into qr 500 before, ive talked to comscope, but ive got cable in the ground, has gilbert 500 qr connectors on it, very close to .500 cx cable, however when cored with a cx coring tool it leaves a small film inside the shield. kinda weird to have connectors that were produced for a cable they dont have any information on or heard of. thanks again.
