fiber cable installing

we are bidding on a oil field project in kazakhstan that involves 160 k of fiber optic cable to be installed on cement pole in open area no trees no buildings fair passabul roads. we will have to install gal support cable and lash it we think. Our question is how many miles or K can a crew hang in a day to include spliceing. all materials are on job site and ready. we will use a cable truck (Russian). There is no coax but power lines above.
