I use a modified sidewalk edger.I heated the blade and put a twist in it ,to make the trench wider,for several cables..and added a metal cover on the side of the blade,so it wont through the dirt everywhere.it leaved the dirt right beside my hole.I start it up,and let blade down,and pull it slowly.it works great,and only have about $250 in it.make shure you get a bigger hp though. When im done, I just pick it up and put it in my van..something to think about.!
