The 3844E Node can be configured many ways for return. From one analog transmitter per node or per leg(up to 4 ) or 2 digital ITU transmitters. The difference in the number of transmitters is dependent on how you need or want to configure the return. 1 to 1, 2 to 1, or 4 to 1 analog/digital. I have setup far too many of these to count so if you have any other questions feel free to ask.
