I knew when we were having problems with our regular checks that retainage was going to be a problem. Phillip is a smooth talker, and seemed like a business man at the time...

What a shame. I haven't talked to him since June or July - he wanted me to go to work for him down in FL, I'm glad I didn't.

I know of another guy that he owes money to... If you find any way to go after Phillip, I'm on board.
