I'm currently working on a cost matrix for aerial construction prices.

Areas of Construction are: Framming & Strand, Lashing Coaxial, Lashing Optics, Installing vertical Grounds, Installing Power
Supplies, Splicing (Including taps & optics), Activation & Certification. Any industry average $$ would be helpful.
