Innovative Marketing Systems is a Factoring Company, not a collection agency and cannot help Coosplicer collect on overdue invoices.
IMS generally, though not always, does not factor sub contractors due to the dificulty of collecting from Primes. Primes usually have many finance companies that have UCC filings on their assets; the same assets that the Sub would be factoring to IMS.
