The guys have failed to ask...
1. What sort of argreement did you have in place when you started contract work?
2. Did your employer state in writing the time frame for when the retainage would be released
3 Do you have to request the retainage or does he have to give it to you.
4. Is it tied to any other agreements. Like when the prime gets paid.
5. Do they consider you a current contractor and the retainage is not at its max amount..
