Why so deep in easements? you are going to be hitting a lot of private utilities, I don't know what state your in but in most you have to everything located, this takes 3 days, are they going to be calling these in for you or is this your responsibility? That will be a night mare in itself, oh and most locate outfits will not locate private property, and if by some chance you talk them into it,($$$) the locates are going to be off, what's your insurance cap? And as most of these gentlemen have already stated, at 120 a drop with 2 guys, you'll lose your ass, it's not a good business to go into green, check around with any othr contractors in the area, better yet hire on to one of them and get a feel for the business, this will give you a better undrstanding from a bid perspective.
