Are you saying that you checked the "Keep me signed in on this computer unless I sign out" box on the login form -- and you still have to sign in each time? That would mean Internet Explorer isn't keeping the cookie for you. Go to Tools->Internet Options menu, select the Privacy tab then click the Edit button at the bottom. If there is an entry for cabl.com that is Always Block then remove it.

I've gone to great lengths to make the site work without cookies since they've been one of the biggest problems people have had in the past. So unlike most sites, you wouldn't notice any problems if cookies are blocked, except the login issue. That I can't do anything about and if you want it to login automatically the browser has to allow the cookie.
