We are actually growing in our areas, they did say in Dec. that they would hire more In-House, but they wont take it all in. My guess is that by the time they hire & train thier folks, it will be the peak of the busy season & you wont have to ramp up so much. then after the season, VOIP will be introduced and you wont see as much of the roller coaster.
