Can't say who's fault it is, but the facts are that the economy was on the rise until a short time after Bush took office. Clinton may have left a time bomb to mess with Bush's reign ( politicians do that to each other regularly ), it may have been the circumstances of the time or Bush may have screwed us all so his cronies could make a big profit. There are a lot of variables that most in this country are not privy to. To put the blame on any one politician does not help to fix the problem.
