Your not to bright, are ya ? This is a Socialist Free-Market System. The Government supports business, but the market is still driven by Supply-and-Demand. The customer makes the final decision. I like the President, but I can't give him the all credit for the cable companies success in stomping out the little guy. And howbout the greedy middle-man Primes?
